Family Medicine Physician – Hampton Roads, Virginia

Job Description

Seeking Board Certified/Eligible Family Medicine Physicians for outpatient practices across the Hampton Roads region of Virginia.

Positions are outpatient-only with no inpatient rounding, averaging 18–22 patients daily. Providers will manage established patient panels with opportunities to absorb existing patients.

Schedule includes shared phone call (1:5–1:8). Supportive teams, advanced practice providers, and experienced staff enhance clinical practice. Compensation includes competitive salary, productivity incentives, and comprehensive benefits such as CME, relocation, and signing bonus.
