Job Description

Seeking a Physician to provide medical care in Skilled Nursing Facilities across Port Charlotte, Fort Myers, and Venice, FL. The role offers a salary of $225,000-$250,000 based on experience, with benefits including malpractice coverage, CME, health insurance, paid vacation, dental and vision insurance, and travel reimbursement within a 50-mile radius.

Responsibilities include delivering comprehensive family and internal medicine care, utilizing EMR (PCC), collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, conducting assessments, and managing treatments for various conditions. The position involves time divided among multiple facilities with mid-level support handling low-complexity visits and charting.

Must have strong clinical judgment, excellent people skills, and be willing to relocate to Port Charlotte, FL, with travel up to 25% involved. The work schedule is day shifts, Monday to Friday, in person with no remote work. Overtime is rarely available.
