Job Description

Seeking a full-time Physician to provide comprehensive family and internal medicine care in Skilled Nursing Facilities across Merritt Island, Titusville, and Melbourne.

Will involve travel within a 50-mile radius, with travel reimbursement provided. The role includes time divided between multiple facilities, supported by mid-level providers handling low-complexity visits and charting.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, managing treatments, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and utilizing EMR (PCC). Must have strong clinical judgment and excellent people skills.

Benefits offered include salary ($225,000–$250,000/year), health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and travel assistance. The schedule is Monday–Friday, day shift, in person. Relocation to Merritt Island required before starting; willingness to travel 25% preferred.

Requires practicing in Merritt Island, FL 32954, with experience in ECFMG and ACN providers encouraged.
