Job Description

Seeking a Full-Time Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) for a small community health center in Seward, Alaska.

Candidates with experience in rural family medicine, pediatrics, or women’s health are encouraged to apply. The role involves treating patients of all ages, performing exams, managing chronic and acute conditions, and providing urgent care.

Compensation starts at $230,000–$250,000 annually plus a $15,000 bonus, with temporary shared housing possibly available. Benefits include health insurance, retirement contributions, paid time off, CME allowance, and more.

The ideal candidate will have

  • MD/DO from an accredited school
  • Board certification or eligibility
  • At least five years of primary care experience
  • Alaska medical license or ability to obtain
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
