Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO)

Job Description

Seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) for a small community health center in Seward, Alaska.

Applicants with experience in rural family medicine, pediatrics, or women’s health are encouraged. The role involves providing comprehensive care for patients of all ages, including acute, chronic, and preventive services, with opportunities for urgent and emergency care.

Compensation starts at $230,000–$250,000 annually plus a $15,000 hiring bonus. Benefits include health insurance, disability and life coverage, a 401(k) contribution, paid holidays, CME allowance, and paid time off.

Qualifications include an MD/DO from an accredited school, board certification or eligibility, and at least five years of primary care experience. Candidates must hold or be eligible for Alaska licensure.
