Seeking a Family Medicine physician (MD/DO) to join a community health setting in Western Sonoma County, CA.

Offers full-time, part-time, or per diem schedules with a guaranteed salary, bonuses based on quality metrics, a $100,000 signing bonus, relocation assistance, and eligibility for loan forgiveness programs.
