Job Description

Seeking a Family Medicine Primary Care Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician) to deliver comprehensive healthcare in Bradford, VT.

Provide preventive, diagnostic, and treatment services for patients of all ages, serving as the first point of contact.

Educate patients and families, collaborate with healthcare teams, and maintain accurate records.

Participate in after-hours on-call rotations as needed.

Qualifications include an accredited medical degree, board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, and Vermont licensure. Prior primary care experience is preferred.

Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $180,000 annually, with benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and flexible scheduling.
