Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Family Medicine APP to provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages, emphasizing prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of various conditions.

  • Conduct physical exams and assessments to evaluate health status.
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
  • Deliver preventive services, including immunizations and screenings.
  • Utilize EMR systems like Epic for documentation and patient management.
  • Collaborate with specialists in gastroenterology, infectious disease, and geriatrics.
  • Perform telehealth consultations to improve access to care.
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate medical documentation.

    • Requirements include proficiency in EMR and medical coding, with experience in pediatrics, behavioral health, or senior care preferred. Outpatient, home care, or hospice experience is advantageous. The role offers a full-time position with a salary range of $100,000-$120,000, along with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and professional development support.
