Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages.

  • Conduct physical exams and health assessments
  • Develop personalized care plans and interpret diagnostic results
  • Educate patients on health management and disease prevention
  • Document encounters accurately in EHR systems
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality care
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance

    • Qualifications include active FNP or PA certification and California license, with experience in primary care preferred. Proficiency in EMR/EHR, strong clinical skills, and excellent communication are essential.
