Job Description

This full-time Family Nurse Practitioner role involves providing comprehensive care across all age groups in an ambulatory setting, emphasizing wellness, illness prevention, and management of minor and stable chronic conditions.

  • Deliver direct clinical services during scheduled clinics, including exams, prenatal care, and health education.
  • Coordinate with physicians for complex cases and participate in community outreach programs.
  • Engage in quality improvement, documentation, and continuing education activities.
  • Serve as a preceptor for nurse practitioner students and contribute to epidemiological and health planning efforts.
