Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages in a rural community setting.

  • Conduct physical exams, health assessments, and develop individualized care plans.
  • Perform diagnostics, interpret lab results, and administer medications and vaccines.
  • Manage chronic conditions through patient education and support.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA.
  • Utilize EMR/EHR systems and participate in telehealth and clinical research initiatives.

    • Requirements include a Master’s in Nursing, current licensure, and certification as an FNP, with clinical skills in pediatrics and internal medicine. Experience with procedures and familiarity with coding and healthcare laws are preferred.
