Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across all ages in a primary care setting.


  • Conduct physical exams, health assessments, and develop individualized care plans.

  • Perform diagnostics, interpret results, and manage acute and chronic conditions.

  • Educate patients on health, disease prevention, and wellness strategies.

  • Document encounters accurately in EHR systems and collaborate with healthcare teams.

  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and maintain patient confidentiality.


    • Qualifications include current certification and active California license, with experience in primary care preferred. Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems, strong clinical skills, and excellent communication are essential. Knowledge of chronic disease and senior care is a plus.
