We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide comprehensive care in a rural community setting.
Conduct physical exams and health assessments for patients of all ages. Develop personalized care plans, interpret diagnostics, and manage acute and chronic conditions. Administer medications, vaccinations, and perform procedures like suturing and IV insertion. Collaborate with healthcare team members and maintain accurate documentation per HIPAA standards. Utilize EMR systems and participate in telehealth and research initiatives. Requirements include a Master’s degree in Nursing, current licensure, and clinical skills in pediatrics and internal medicine. Experience with procedures and coding knowledge is preferred. This full-time role offers a salary of $110,000-$130,000, with benefits including 401(k), health insurance, and paid time off. The practice is located in a small town near Jacksonville, Florida, with low crime, affordable living, and excellent schools. Work is in-office only, with no hospital visits required.
