Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive outpatient care for patients of all ages.
Conduct physical exams, health assessments, and develop personalized care plans.
Perform diagnostic evaluations, interpret results, and manage acute and chronic conditions.
Educate patients on health management and disease prevention.
Collaborate with healthcare team members and maintain accurate documentation in EHR systems.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and maintain patient confidentiality.
Qualifications include active FNP/PA certification, California license, and experience in primary care preferred.
