Family Nurse Practitioner

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across all ages.

Conduct physical exams, develop care plans, and interpret diagnostic results.

Educate patients on health management and disease prevention.

Document encounters accurately in EHR systems and collaborate with healthcare teams.

Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA.

Qualifications: Active FNP or PA license in California, with primary care experience preferred. Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems, strong clinical skills, and excellent communication are required. Knowledge of chronic disease management and medical coding is a plus.
