Job Description
The Family Nurse Practitioner provides comprehensive care across all life stages in a community health setting, emphasizing wellness, prevention, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
Deliver clinical care in ambulatory clinics, including exams, prenatal care, and treatment of minor illnesses.
Perform health education and screenings tailored to age and condition, both in-clinic and community sites.
Participate in quality improvement, epidemiological activities, and develop the annual health plan.
Serve as a preceptor for nurse practitioner students and maintain ongoing professional development.
Requirements include a Master’s in Nursing, current RN license, board certification, and community health orientation.
