Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages in a Christian healthcare setting in New York’s Capital Region.

  • Deliver primary adult and pediatric health services, including gynecological care, and develop patient-centered care plans.
  • Order tests, refer to specialists, and collaborate with behavioral health staff.
  • Maintain accurate electronic health records, ensure confidentiality, and support billing processes.
  • Participate in on-call duties, adhere to safety and quality standards, and attend staff meetings.
