Seeking a self-directed and team-oriented Nurse Practitioner (NP) with family practice experience for a full-time, permanent role in Weaverville, CA.

• Provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages, including assessments, diagnoses, treatments, minor procedures, and health education.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and collaborate with healthcare teams.
• Requirements include a valid CA NP license, Master’s in Nursing with Family Practice specialization, minimum 2 years’ experience, and proficiency with EHR systems.
• Preferred skills: family planning, dementia care, sterile techniques, DME familiarity, and primary care experience.
