Seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner to independently evaluate and treat patients of all ages in a rural healthcare setting.

Ideal candidates are compassionate, mission-driven, with experience in Chronic Care Management and EHR systems. Must hold an active Indiana license, board certification, and have a clean malpractice record.

Located in Gibson County, just north of Evansville, our organization provides primary care, dental, behavioral health, and navigator services to underserved populations.
