Job Description

Seeking a self-directed and team-oriented Nurse Practitioner with family practice experience for a full-time role in Weaverville, CA.

Responsibilities include providing comprehensive primary care across all ages, diagnosing and treating illnesses, ordering tests, prescribing medications, performing minor procedures, and offering patient education and family planning services.

Requirements:

  • California NP license and DEA/NPI
  • Masters in Nursing with Family Practice specialization
  • At least 2 years of primary care experience
  • Strong communication, computer, and clinical skills
  • Familiarity with EHR systems and sterile techniques
  • Preferred experience in dementia care and working in primary settings
