We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Pryor, OK, providing comprehensive primary and acute care across all ages.

Conduct patient assessments and develop personalized care plans

Collaborate with healthcare professionals for coordinated care

Perform procedures like suturing and IV insertion

Maintain accurate medical records per HIPAA standards

Qualifications: Master’s in Nursing, valid Oklahoma license, strong clinical skills, EMR proficiency, excellent communication, telehealth knowledge a plus.
