Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages in a Christian healthcare setting in New York’s Capital Region.

  • Deliver primary adult and pediatric health services, including gynecological care.
  • Order tests, refer to specialists, and develop patient-centered care plans.
  • Accurately document patient information and ensure confidentiality in compliance with privacy laws.
  • Collaborate with behavioral health staff and participate in on-call duties as needed.
  • Adhere to departmental policies, quality standards, and safety protocols.
  • Attend staff meetings and contribute to ongoing improvement efforts.

    • Qualifications: Master’s degree in nursing, current NY license, board certification, and alignment with the organization’s mission.
