We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive healthcare to patients of all ages.
Conduct physical exams, health assessments, and develop individualized care plans. Perform diagnostics, interpret results, and educate patients on health management. Document encounters accurately and collaborate with healthcare teams. Maintain HIPAA compliance and ensure patient confidentiality. Qualifications include an active FNP or PA license in California, with preferred experience in primary care, pediatrics, geriatrics, or chronic disease management. Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills are essential. This full-time or part-time role offers a base pay starting at $135,200/year, with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.
