Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across all ages.

  • Conduct physical exams, health assessments, and develop individualized care plans.
  • Perform diagnostic evaluations, interpret results, and educate patients on health management.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and ensure accurate documentation in EHR systems.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality standards.

    • Qualifications include an active California FNP or PA license, preferred experience in primary care, and proficiency with EMR systems. Strong clinical skills in chronic care, pediatrics, geriatrics, and patient assessment are essential. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are required.
