Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner in Sioux Falls, SD, with a salary up to $120,000 annually.

Our clinic focuses on root-cause, functional wellness and birth care, emphasizing education, personalized treatment, and a supportive environment for families.

The ideal candidate is experienced, comfortable treating patients of all ages—including newborns, children, and adults—and open to routine OB care for low-risk pregnancies. Passion for holistic, patient-centered care and preventative health is essential.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, managing follow-ups, interpreting labs, and collaborating with staff to develop treatment plans. The role also involves outreach, participation in staff activities, and ensuring respectful, inclusive care.
