Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) for a primary care role in Weaverville, California. The ideal candidate is self-directed, team-oriented, with excellent communication and computer skills, and experienced in Family Practice.

• Provide comprehensive primary care across all ages, including assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and minor procedures.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and offer health education.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care.

Requirements include a valid California NP license, a Master’s in Nursing with Family Practice specialization, 2+ years of experience, and familiarity with electronic health records. Experience in primary care and dementia care is preferred. J-1 visas are accepted.
