Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team at an island clinic with seasonal patient fluctuations.

  • Conduct comprehensive physical exams and health assessments across all ages.
  • Develop individualized care plans based on diagnostics and patient needs.
  • Manage acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based practices, including pain and infectious disease management.
  • Utilize EMR systems like eClinicalWorks for accurate documentation.
  • Provide health education to promote wellness and disease prevention.
  • Participate in telehealth consultations to expand care access.

    • Qualifications include a valid Idaho FNP license, primary care experience, proficiency in clinical skills and EMR use, and strong communication abilities. Benefits offered include 401(k) matching, insurance options, paid time off, and flexible work arrangements. This full-time, permanent role offers $85,000-$120,000 annually.
