Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team at a unique Island Park clinic.

Conduct comprehensive physical exams and health assessments across all ages.

Develop personalized care plans based on diagnostics and patient needs.

Manage acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based practices, including pain and infectious disease management.

Utilize EMR systems like eClinicalWorks for accurate documentation.

Provide health education to promote wellness and disease prevention.

Engage in telehealth consultations to improve access to care.

Qualifications include: Valid Idaho FNP license, primary care experience, proficiency in medical procedures and EMR, knowledge of pharmacology, and excellent communication skills.

Details: Full-time, permanent position with a salary range of $85,000–$120,000, offering benefits such as 401(k) matching, health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and more.
