Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide comprehensive healthcare in a dynamic clinical setting.
Conduct physical exams, assessments, and develop individualized care plans across various medical disciplines. Manage conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, dermatology issues, reproductive health, and mental health. Utilize EHR systems like Epic for documentation and coordinate referrals to specialists. Perform procedures including suturing, catheterization, and wound care. Provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention. Participate in telehealth services to serve remote or underserved populations. Skills include proficiency with EHR, diagnostic imaging, diverse specialty knowledge, and strong communication skills. The role offers $75-$80/hour, flexible hours (8-16/week), employee discounts, and flexible scheduling. Work is in person.
