We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide comprehensive healthcare in a dynamic clinical setting.
Conduct physical exams, assessments, and diagnose acute and chronic conditions. Develop individualized care plans and manage diverse medical issues such as diabetes, hypertension, dermatology, reproductive health, and mental health. Utilize EHR systems like Epic for documentation and care coordination. Educate patients on health maintenance and lifestyle modifications. Coordinate referrals to specialists and participate in telehealth services. Maintain compliance with HIPAA and infection control standards. Perform procedures including suturing, catheterizations, and wound care. Manage complex cases involving ventilators or post-operative recovery. Ideal candidates will have experience across multiple medical specialties, strong communication skills, and proficiency with diagnostic tools and coding.
