Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide comprehensive, patient-centered healthcare in a dynamic clinical setting.
Conduct physical exams and assessments to diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions across various specialties. Develop individualized care plans, manage conditions like diabetes, hypertension, dermatology issues, and reproductive health. Utilize EHR systems for documentation and coordinate referrals to specialists. Provide patient education on health maintenance and lifestyle modifications. Participate in telehealth services to expand access to care. Perform procedures such as suturing, catheterization, and wound care. Skills required: proficiency with EHR systems, knowledge of diagnostic imaging, experience across multiple specialties, and strong communication skills.
Details: Pay ranges from $75.00 – $80.00/hour with 8-16 hours/week. Benefits include employee discounts and flexible scheduling. Work is in person.
