We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages.
Conduct physical exams, health assessments, and develop personalized care plans. Perform diagnostic evaluations, interpret results, and provide patient education on health management. Document encounters accurately in EHR systems and collaborate with healthcare team members. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and maintain patient confidentiality. Qualifications include current FNP or PA certification, active California license, and preferred experience in primary care, pediatrics, geriatrics, or chronic disease management.
