Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team in Exeter, CA.


Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting physical exams and health assessments
  • Developing personalized care plans
  • Performing diagnostics and interpreting results
  • Providing patient education and counseling
  • Documenting in EHR systems
  • Collaborating with healthcare team members
  • Ensuring HIPAA compliance


    • Qualifications:

  • Active California FNP or PA license
  • Primary care or family medicine experience preferred
  • Proficiency in EHR systems
  • Strong clinical skills in chronic care, pediatrics, geriatrics, and triage
  • Excellent communication and patient education skills
  • Ability to work effectively in outpatient settings
