Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive primary care in Exeter, CA.

  • Conduct physical exams, health assessments, and develop personalized care plans.
  • Perform diagnostics, interpret results, and manage acute and chronic illnesses.
  • Educate patients on health management and disease prevention.
  • Document encounters accurately in EHR systems and collaborate with healthcare teams.
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain patient confidentiality.

    • Qualifications include active California licensure, relevant clinical experience, proficiency in EMR/EHR, and strong communication skills. Knowledge of chronic disease management and medical coding is a plus.

    This full-time or part-time role offers a base salary from $135,200/year, with benefits such as 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and bonus potential. The position requires in-person work in Exeter, CA.
