We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide comprehensive primary and specialty care in a Santa Fe-based integrative health practice.
Conduct physical exams and health assessments for all ages, managing acute and chronic conditions across various specialties. Order diagnostic tests, administer medications, and utilize telehealth to expand access to care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for discharge planning, case management, and post-acute care. Engage in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives. Offer specialized services such as pain management, occupational health, hospice, dementia care, and integrative modalities. Perform triage and assist in infection control, health education, and billing coding. Qualifications include current FNP licensure, experience in integrative medicine, proficiency with coding, and strong patient assessment skills.
