Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care team in a modern, patient-focused setting.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (lunch 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM)
Patient load: Approximately 15 patients per shift
Practice mix: 80% Primary Care / 20% Urgent Care
Compensation: $100,000 – $150,000 annually, with bonuses and incentives
