Job Description

We are hiring a full-time *Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant* to join a modern, patient-focused primary care team.

  • Pay: $100,000 – $150,000 annually, with bonuses and incentives
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (lunch 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM)
  • Patient load: ~15 patients per shift, practice mix of 80% primary care and 20% urgent care
  • Support: Fully staffed clinical and admin team in a tech-enabled environment
