Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our primary care team.

  • Pay: $100,000 – $150,000/year (depending on experience)
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with a 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM lunch break
  • Patient load: approximately 15 patients per shift
  • Practice mix: 80% primary care / 20% urgent care
  • Support: Fully staffed clinical and admin team in a modern, tech-enabled environment
