Family Nurse Practitioner

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide comprehensive primary care across all ages in a coastal community.

Conduct physical exams and health assessments

Develop personalized care plans

Order and interpret diagnostic tests

Educate patients on health management and prevention

Maintain accurate patient records

Requirements include an unrestricted Oregon NP license, DEA license, excellent communication skills, and ability to collaborate within a healthcare team.
