Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our healthcare team in a coastal community.

Provide comprehensive care across all ages through physical exams, health assessments, and individualized care plans.

Order and interpret diagnostic tests, and educate patients on health management and prevention.

Maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations.

Requirements include an unrestricted Oregon NP license, DEA license, excellent communication, and teamwork skills.
