Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our healthcare team in a coastal community.

  • Provide comprehensive care across all ages through physical exams, health assessments, and personalized care plans.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, and educate patients on health management and prevention.
  • Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
  • Requirements include an unrestricted Oregon NP license, DEA license, and strong communication skills.

    Compensation ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 annually, with benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and relocation assistance. This full-time position involves in-person work in Coos Bay, OR, with a Master’s degree required and relocation package provided.
