Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across all ages.
Conduct physical exams, assessments, and develop individualized care plans. Perform diagnostics, interpret results, and manage acute and chronic conditions. Educate patients on health, disease prevention, and wellness strategies. Document encounters accurately in EHR systems and collaborate with healthcare team members. Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations. Qualifications: Current FNP or PA certification and active California license. Experience in primary care preferred. Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and medical documentation. Strong clinical, communication, and patient education skills.
