We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive patient care across all ages.
Conduct physical exams, health assessments, and develop personalized care plans. Perform diagnostics, interpret results, and offer patient education on health and disease prevention. Maintain accurate documentation in EHR systems and collaborate with healthcare team members. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality standards. Qualifications: Active California FNP or PA license; experience in primary care preferred. Proficient in EMR/EHR systems and clinical skills in chronic, pediatric, and geriatric care.
