Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide healthcare services in Long Term Care Facilities.


  • Conduct regular reviews of patient records with a collaborating physician every two weeks.

  • Deliver healthcare, administer and prescribe medications as delegated.

  • Provide after-hours urgent care coverage on a rotational basis.

  • Participate in performance improvement and develop care plans.

  • Practice evidence-based medicine and document using electronic health records.

  • Order, review, and sign lab and radiology reports timely.

  • Follow protocols for abnormal test results and medication management.

    • Qualifications include graduation from an accredited Advanced Practice Nursing program, Missouri licensure, and effective teamwork and communication skills.
