Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide healthcare services in Long Term Care Facilities.

Reviews patient records and collaborates with physicians bi-weekly.

Delivers healthcare, administers medications, and prescribes under physician delegation.

Provides after-hours urgent care on a rotational basis.

Participates in performance improvement and healthcare planning.

Practices evidence-based medicine and documents using electronic health records.

Completes and reviews lab and radiology reports promptly.

Follows policies for abnormal test recalls and uses e-prescribing tools.

Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited Advanced Practice Nursing program, Missouri nurse practitioner licensure, effective clinical and communication skills, team-oriented.
