Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide healthcare services in Long Term Care Facilities.

Responsibilities include reviewing patient records, delivering treatments, prescribing medications, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

Provides after-hours urgent care on a rotational basis.

Utilizes electronic health records for documentation, ordering tests, and prescribing medications.

Ensures timely review and signing of lab and radiology results.

Collaborates with physicians to develop and implement care plans.

Practices evidence-based medicine and adheres to professional standards.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited advanced practice nursing program, Missouri licensure, effective communication, and teamwork skills.
