Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide healthcare services in Long Term Care Facilities.
Perform patient assessments, deliver treatments, and prescribe medications under physician collaboration. Participate in quality improvement programs and assist in developing care plans. Provide after-hours urgent care coverage on a rotational basis. Utilize electronic health records for documentation, ordering tests, and prescribing. Review and sign lab and radiology results daily, following up on abnormal tests. Maintain current Missouri nurse practitioner licensure and practice evidence-based medicine. Work effectively within a team, demonstrating strong clinical and communication skills. Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and flexible scheduling. Compensation ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 annually.
