Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide healthcare services in Long Term Care Facilities.
Review patient records and practices bi-weekly with a collaborating physician. Deliver healthcare, administer, dispense, and prescribe medications as delegated. Provide after-hours urgent care coverage on a rotational basis. Participate in performance improvement and develop care plans. Practice evidence-based medicine and document using electronic health records. Order and review lab and radiology tests, following up on abnormal results. Sign and document encounter notes within 24-48 hours. Must have Missouri nurse practitioner licensure and graduate from an accredited program. Requires effective clinical and communication skills and team collaboration. Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and flexible scheduling. Salary ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 annually.
