Family Nurse Practitioner, Manager, (ER and Hospitalist)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Family Nurse Practitioner Manager to oversee ER and Hospitalist services in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Provide advanced clinical care across diverse populations, including pediatrics and geriatrics.

Lead multidisciplinary teams in emergency and inpatient care.

Manage clinical documentation using EMR/EHR systems while ensuring compliance.

Perform medical procedures such as suturing, IV insertion, and life-saving interventions.

Participate in discharge planning, case management, and post-acute care coordination.

Supervise staff training and lead quality improvement initiatives.

Directly supervise ER nurse practitioners and providers.

Requirements: Valid FNP license, extensive emergency/hospitalist experience, leadership skills, proficiency with EMR/EHR, BLS/ACLS certifications, and excellent communication skills.
