Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our primary care team in a full-time role.
Perform comprehensive patient assessments, diagnose illnesses, and develop treatment plans. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and provide patient education on health and prevention. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across diverse populations, including pediatrics and geriatrics. Requirements include active licensure, national certification, and clinical expertise in primary care. Strong communication, critical thinking, and compassion are essential. The position offers a salary range of $115,000-$145,000 annually, along with benefits such as health, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, and retirement plans.
Work is conducted in person, emphasizing compassionate, evidence-based healthcare delivery.
